Orders Over $100 (Dry Goods)*

To make sure you receive your purchases in a timely and cost-effective manner, we utilize the services of leading shipping companies like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. These carriers are known for their speed and efficiency, ensuring your items reach you as swiftly as possible. Additionally, if you've provided us with your email address, we will send you a tracking number.  Ensure your email address with us is up-to-date to receive the tracking information for your order. Regularly check your inbox for updates on shipment. If you're not receiving these notifications, make sure to inform us. When your package arrives, move all parcels indoors promptly. If you're not going to be at home, please ask others to bring in the packages. Alternatively, you could have your items shipped to a different address. Once your order arrives, inspect the contents immediately. 

PKU Perspectives is not responsible for weather related shipping delays once the order has been tendered to the shipping carrier.

If any items have been damaged during transit or are missing from the order, we're glad to replace them free of charge. If there are any issues, reach out to us within three days of receiving the order. *International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories:  We calculate shipping costs based on actual rates. To get a precise quote for your shipping charges, please email us at ORDERS@PKUPERSPECTIVES.COM. It's important to note that there may be additional duty and custom fees that your locality might charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover these charges, you would need to settle them in your place of residence. Lastly, we want to remind you that we can't ship items that require a cold environment internationally. Orders that are delayed by weather, shipping carrier or held up in customs is out of our control.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (MTS) Monday through Thursday will typically ship the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends (Friday-Sunday) or holidays will typically ship the next business day.


Dry Products:
 
FREE standard shipping (USA) is available for orders totaling $100 or more (USA).  Orders deliver within 5-7 business days. Any home residence orders may deliver on Saturday, Sunday.

*Cold Products: There is no cold product minimum. Ship Monday-Wednesday and can ship separately from the dry products with ice gels. A cold shipping fee will be added to the order. 

*If you have cold products in your order and if you will NOT be home to receive the items at the time of delivery, we STRONGLY suggest having the order shipped to your work location, or to a someone else that can take the items in and put them into proper cold storage immediately on arrival. Cold products are NOT shipped to a PO Box address or internationally.

Please do not be alarmed if your cold products arrive in a state of thawing (which may happen if your area is quite warm at the time of delivery)  Ice gels may arrive completely thawed but don’t worry this is not a concern as they have done their job!

*If you do not follow the above shipping/receiving instructions as listed above, PKU Perspectives is not responsible for items that are too thawed if they're delivered early and not received until later in the evening, so please plan your delivery accordingly so that your order will not spend the day sitting on a porch, in a hallway where it will continue to thaw for many hours.

Local Pick Up: Recieve a 10% discount
