A thin and tender crust. Just top it any way you like and pop it into the oven. Gluten-free. Low protein. Delicious! Acceptable for wheat-free & gluten-free diets. Certified Kosher. 

Ingredients:Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Cold Pressed High Oleic Safflower Oil, Tapioca Starch, Pear Juice Concentrate, Bamboo Fiber, Yeast, Methylcellulose, Guar Gum, Salt, Glucono Delta Lactone, Calcium Phosphate, Enriched with Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Iron and Folic Acid. 

Basic Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove shells and place on pizza pan or aluminum foil. Brush top with olive oil. Refrigerate after opening. Product may also be kept frozen until prepared.(Let shell sit out and thaw for 30 minutes before topping and baking.)
