Ingredients:Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Cold Pressed High Oleic Safflower Oil, Tapioca Starch, Pear Juice Concentrate, Bamboo Fiber, Yeast, Methylcellulose, Guar Gum, Salt, Glucono Delta Lactone, Calcium Phosphate, Enriched with Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Iron and Folic Acid.

Basic Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove shells and place on pizza pan or aluminum foil. Brush top with olive oil. Refrigerate after opening.
