A top selling gluten-free bread made with white rice, tapioca flour and raisins. The Egg-Free Raisin Loaf is a great alternative to typical raisin breads as it is both gluten-free and egg-free. An excellent breakfast bread when warmed up or toasted.

Remember that Ener-G breads and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time. Another option: wrap in foil and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes for the most delicious, warm bread with a crispy crust.

Once the vacuum-sealed package is open, our bread will spoil just as another bread without preservatives would. Refrigerate or freeze to extend the life of opened bread.

Enriched with Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Iron and Folic Acid.
