Big B’s is located in the majestic North Fork Valley of Colorado. This tiny mountain valley with high elevation, crisp thin air, Rocky Mountain water, cold nights, and warm days produces some of the finest fruit in the world.
With large daily temperature swings, Colorado fruit has super high brix levels – it becomes sweeter and more flavorful.
At Big B’s, we use the highest quality press available. We press the apples in small batches in a Good Nature squeeze press which allows the most flavor and solids from the apples to remain in the juice. We keep our juices unfiltered to keep the true apple taste.
We blend a variety of sweet and tart apples in each batch of juice that we make. This blend allows us to get a great balance of flavor in each bottle.
