ZUCCHINI BREAD

3/4 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbs Molasses (Optional)
1 1/2 Cup Country Sunrise All-Purpose Baking Flour
6 Tbs Country Sunrise Scramble Egg & Omelet Mix
1 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Zucchini
1/4 Cup Raisens (Optional)

Preheat Oven: 325 deg F
In mixing bowl, blend Water, Oil, Brown Sugar, Vanilla and Molasses. Set Aside.

In a larger mixing bowl, combine CS All-Purpose Flour, CS Egg Mix, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Blend until uniform.

Mix wet ingredients intto dry ingredients with spoon until blended. Sir in Zucchini and raisens.  Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 5" bread pan.

Bake at 325  deg F for 1 hour.
Release from pan and cool on rack. Enjoy!
