Instant MASHED POTATO Mix
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Hot Water
Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Add hot water and stir until blended.
Let stand for 3 minutes.
Divide and roll into three balls.
Drop into boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve with your favorite soup, sauce
or gravy. Enjoy!
